Job description:
- You will be required to manage and do practical tasks of inspection, start-up, dismantling, and unloading of various secondary semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- When purchasing pre-owned semiconductor equipment from Japanese semiconductor fabs, leasing companies, and trading companies, you will be required to manage the schedule at the site and perform field work.
- Arrangement of engineers of partner companies, exchange of quotations, price negotiations, conclusion of contracts, collection, and payment of payment, etc. you will be done in cooperation with global customers.
Requirement:
- Have at least 5 years of field experience in handling semiconductor front-end equipment (installation, start-up, disassembly, remodeling, etc.).
- Being able to manage projects through communication with customers and partners.
- Communication in English by conversation and e-mail needed.
- Being able to set goals and strive to achieve them.
Compensation:
- Basic salary of 6 million yen or more / year (considering experience, age, etc.)
- Bonus is once a year (up to 30% of annual salary)
- Stock options & Stock Grant (RSU) available
- Closed on weekends and holidays, New Year holidays / Summer vacation available
Procedure:

- 1st Interview at Japan Office
- 2nd Interview with headquarter in Korea HQ
- The probation period for 3 months

職務内容：半導体製造装置の検品・立ち下げ・解体・搬出の管理および実務
日本の半導体製造企業・リース会社・商社より中古半導体製造装置を購入する際に、現場のスケジュール管理、および実務を行って頂きます。協力会社のエンジニアの手配、見積書の授受、価格交渉、契約書の締結、代金の回収・支払いなども、韓国本社と連携して行って頂きます。
必要な経験・スキル
半導体前工程製造装置の取扱い実務経験（据え付け・立ち下げ・解体・改造等）が5年以上あること。
顧客や協力企業とのコミュニケーションを通じて、プロジェクト管理が行えること。
英語によるコミュニケーションが、会話・Eメールで円滑に取れること。
自ら目標を設定し、その実現に向けて努力できること。
待遇：
