Asking Louisa
1. Could you briefly introduce yourself?

Hello! My name is Louisa, and I joined the SemiMarket Team at SurplusGLOBAL after graduating from university. It is truly an honor to work alongside such incredible colleagues, and I look forward to growing together with the team!
2. What are your primary responsibilities and core duties?
I am in charge of service planning for the SemiMarket platform. My main role involves analyzing customer usage patterns and feedback to identify areas for improvement across our web and mobile services. My core responsibility is to catch even the smallest inconveniences users face when trading semiconductor equipment and parts, transforming those insights into a more convenient and intuitive service experience.
3. What has been your most memorable experience working with your colleagues?
My most memorable experience has been discovering a clear direction for service improvement right on the front lines of our daily operations. Our company provides an autonomous environment where even newcomers can take ownership of service concepts and planning. Combined with hands-on exposure to live operations, this setup has helped me develop a sharp eye for identifying what actions to take when solving complex service issues.
• Hands-on, Diverse Environment: Immersive operational environments allowed me to gain practical experience and gather clear, actionable insights for service enhancement.
• Ownership and Open Collaboration: Despite being new, I was given the autonomy to brainstorm service ideas. Sharing early, unpolished drafts with the team allowed everyone to contribute their expertise, turning raw concepts into highly polished results.
• Real-World Growth: Organic feedback loops and alignment with senior planners, developers, and designers helped me rapidly develop practical service planning skills that you simply cannot learn from textbooks.

4. What are your career goals and plans for the future?
• Short-term Goal: Build a deep understanding of the semiconductor equipment and parts market to design and improve services that directly address user needs.
• Long-term Goal: Contribute to scaling SemiMarket into the leading global platform for trading semiconductor equipment and parts.
• Legacy: I want to be remembered as a deeply thoughtful and daring service planner who earns the complete trust of both colleagues and customers.
5. What kind of growth can future applicants expect when joining the company?
