Meet The Team with Industrial Health and safety manager, Aegis! 1. Tell a little bit about yourself! - I am Aegis Jung from the Cluster Team. Before joining this team, I worked as a member of the Environmental Safety Team at places such as chemical plants and power plants. 2. What role do you play in a team at SurplusGLOBAL? - As mentioned above, my responsibility is regarding the safety and health of this company. Specifically, I am in charge of securing the safety and health of my colleagues based on the regulations of the industrial safety and health act. 3. What are 3 positive things about you? 1) I tend to work swiftly as I do not prefer prolonged work process. 2) I have a positive mindset that I can make a better tomorrow than today. I believe that good culture/system cannot be created overnight and thus continuous change must be made starting from small things. 3) I am able to quickly adapt to new organizations, perhaps due to the fact that I was a part of several companies. 4. How would you like to define being part of SurplusGLOBAL team? - That we are free to express our opinions regarding our assigned tasks and that we are responsible for our actions and decisions. |

What are 3 amazing things that have happened in your life? 1) Being able to be a son of my parents that I respect and love 2) The day that I first met my daughter 3) My first camping in which I saw countless stars 6. Would you like to say something to your future colleagues? - Plan, execute, self-evaluate, find and improve what you need. Working hard and bearing fruit will result as a reward. Results of individuals will become the foundation of our company's values and development. 7. What's on your bucket list? -I would like to go backpacking with my family to Ulleung-do once my daughter grows up.
