Meet The Team with Technical Specialist, Steven!!

1. Tell a little bit about yourself!

- Hello, I'm Steven who joined Team 2 Software Technician.

I worked for 5 years in the field of automation equipment and 2 years in EG PAS business.

The software I mainly covered used Mitsubishi & LS PLC, Auto CAD, and Pro-face Touch (HMI).

2. What role do you play in a team at SurplusGLOBAL?

- I am identifying, researching, and analyzing the software of each equipment in the SG exhibition hall.

And if I get to do a rework, what kind of company I'll do it with.

We are trying to achieve collective intelligence by sharing information with our team members.

In the future, we plan to form a Rework team to repair and sell domestic and foreign equipment without relying on outsourcing companies.

3. What are 3 positive things about you?

- If I were to pick three of my strengths, YES man, patience, and spirit of challenge.

I think positively about "YES" rather than "NO" in everything. Even if it's unlikely, you have to be patient and challenge until the results come out.

We try to achieve our goals in many ways so that we don't have regrets.

4. How would you like to define being part of SurplusGLOBAL team?

- Surplus Global is a company that achieved 200 billion units of sales in 2021.

Domestic and foreign networks are formed, and it has a wide exhibition hall and equipment from various processes.

Being a team member in a company like this is a burden of responsibility, but you can work with pride.

5. What are 3 amazing things that have happened in your life?

- Marriage, joining SG, and transferring.

I got married in June 2021 and formed a happy family.

It is impressive that I joined Surplus Global, which accounts for a large portion of the semiconductor used equipment market.

After being discharged from the military, I can't forget the process of transferring to Noryangjin after eating cup rice for a year.

6. Would you like to say something to your future colleagues?

- The horizontal organizational culture is well established. Don't be difficult, don't be afraid, ask. Not only me, but also SG colleagues will always let you know.

Please be a colleague who solves the difficulties together.

7. Have you ever been outside your comfort zone?

- I got out of my daily life like a wheel and climbed Hallasan Mountain alone without a plan. I wanted to give up because I was tired,

When I arrived at Baengnokdam, I thought I could do anything.
